Used this service for the first time yesterday and can't say enough good things about Dean Carpenter. He cleaned all exterior and interior windows in the 4 units of our condo complex. First, he personally visited our property immediately after being called to provide an estimate. On the day of the cleaning he arrived exactly at 8:00 am and did not leave until 7:00 pm. Dean was extremely professional, meticulous, and totally unobtrusive when entering our units. He was masked at all times and wore booties over his shoes while cleaning our interior windows. His service also included vacuuming and wiping of the window tracks, removing and washing screens, and offering on the spot repair of any screens needing to be fixed. His attention to detail was exceptional and nothing was left undone. Our windows are absolutely sparkling! His price rate was very reasonable and customer satisfaction was paramount to him.
